Repairs & Batteries

Like any piece of technology, hearing aids can break down and may need to be repaired.  Sometimes the repairs can be performed in the office and other times they may need to be sent out to the manufacturer.  Manufacturers do give repair, loss and damage warranties on all new hearing aids.  Check with your Midwest Hearing Consultants audiologist for specific manufacturer repair warranties.

All hearing aids require the use of zinc air batteries. There are different size batteries for the different styles of hearing aids. Batteries are very inexpensive and can last anywhere from five days to two weeks, depending on the size of battery and the use of hearing aids.
